Our Finance 360 Pro Service is aimed at owner managed businesses; our clients that have benefited from this service vary in size from £300,000 pa turnover to £20m pa turnover. Over the years we have recognised that our clients require more of a service than simply compiling accounts at year end, quarterly VAT returns and monthly PAYE compliance. We understand that by the year end it is too late to make accurate and timely business decisions.
The aim of Finance 360 Pro is to work in partnership with your business. Please think of us as your Finance Director and part of your senior management team providing a proactive support in running your business. Our Finance 360 Pro Service includes:
- Thorough health check of business
- Budgets & Forecasts
- Monthly business update – compliance check
- Bank, VAT, Sales & Purchase Ledger review
- Quarterly Strategic Review
- Statutory accounts finalised within 2 months of year end – filing of statutory accounts and returns
- 12 month business plan
- Attendance at key business meetings (i.e. bank/funders)
