Practice Administrator

We have two offices in Tamworth and Sutton Coldfield.
We are looking for a competent effective and timely person to join our friendly team in an administration function at our town centre accountancy practice in Tamworth.
Duties
· General Office Duties, answering telephone, meeting & greeting clients, stationery ordering, dealing with post, scanning, filing, booking client appointments.
· Customer Database management, onboarding clients, keeping database compliant.
· Workflow administration for the annual self-assessment tax return process and accountancy process to ensure deadlines are met.
· Communication with relevant organisations (HMRC) (Companies House)
· Filing Tax Returns, checking and storing information correctly
· Filing of Company Accounts.
· Incorporation of companies, updating companies house, filing confirmation statements, share transfers.
Skills and experience
· Knowledge and experience within an accountancy practice or financial services - ideal
· High attention to detail - essential
· Excellent communicator with individual and team player skills - essential
· Sage Practice Solution - desirable, but not essential
· Sage Line50 - desirable, but not essential
· High Level IT skills in Microsoft Word & Excel - essential
· Good level of English and Maths - essential
· Knowledge of GDPR, AML - desirable, but not essential
