As the UK slowly lifts COVID-19 restrictions, more and more staff are returning to the workplace.

The Government has created a new employment status – ‘furlough’ – which has kept HR professionals on their toes, with all of the ‘lay-offs’, short term working, reasonable adjustments, redundancies and tribunals that have come as a consequence of the pandemic.
